- Most standard orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload — contact us to check. Custom projects, large orders, or complex artwork may take a bit longer, and we'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
- Absolutely — we love working with customer-supplied items. You can drop off in person during business hours or mail your item to us. We'll inspect it, confirm it's engravable, and give you a quote before touching it. We treat every item with the same care we'd give our own.
- Yes! We work regularly with businesses, event planners, churches, and organizations. Whether you need 10 pieces or 1,000, we offer bulk pricing and dedicated service. Reach out for a custom quote — we're easy to work with and happy to accommodate tight timelines when we can.
- Always. We send a digital proof for every single order before anything is engraved. You'll review the layout, verify all spelling and sizing, and approve it — or request changes. We won't start until we have your written approval. No surprises.
- Both! We offer local pickup at our shop — we'll notify you when your order is ready. We also ship anywhere in the US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For fragile items like glassware, we use extra-secure packaging so they arrive safely.
